Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 2026. Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in the Advanced Fellowship in Digital Marketing for Doctors.
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your enrolment in and use of the Advanced Fellowship in Digital Marketing for Doctors (the "Programme") offered by Theor Academy ("Theor Academy", "we", "us"). By submitting an enquiry, reserving a seat, or enrolling in the Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Enrolment & Eligibility
The Programme is designed for practicing doctors, hospital and clinic owners, MD/MS/DNB residents, BDS and dental practitioners, allied health professionals, and clinic or hospital administrators. Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable programme fee (in full or via an agreed instalment plan) and completion of any required onboarding steps. Theor Academy reserves the right to decline or defer enrolment at its discretion, including where cohort capacity has been reached.
3. Programme Fees & Payment
The current programme fee is published on our enrolment pages and is subject to applicable taxes (GST). Instalment payment options may be available — speak with your programme advisor for current terms. Fees are payable in the currency and manner specified at the time of enrolment. Theor Academy reserves the right to revise fees for future cohorts; fees for a cohort you have already enrolled in will not be increased retroactively.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Each cohort has a limited number of seats. Once your enrolment is confirmed, that seat is reserved exclusively for you and is no longer offered to other applicants on our waitlist. Because of this, fees paid towards the Programme are non-refundable, regardless of whether you go on to attend the sessions. We encourage you to confirm your availability and commitment before completing enrolment. In exceptional circumstances, Theor Academy may, at its sole discretion, permit you to transfer your seat to a later cohort.
5. Programme Delivery & Attendance
The Programme is delivered 100% online through live, peer-group sessions, mentor-led guidance, and self-paced digital resources. While sessions are recorded where possible, live attendance is encouraged to get the full benefit of peer discussion and real-time mentorship. Theor Academy reserves the right to adjust the schedule, format, session mentors, or specific tools and platforms taught, as reasonably required to keep the curriculum current and effective.
6. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to engage respectfully with mentors and fellow participants, maintain patient confidentiality when discussing case examples, and comply with applicable advertising, data-privacy and professional-conduct regulations (including but not limited to NMC advertising guidelines and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) when applying what they learn to their own practice. Theor Academy may suspend or terminate access for participants who violate this code of conduct.
7. Certification
Certificates (including the Theor Academy Fellowship Certificate and Practicum Completion Certificate) are issued only upon successful completion of the Programme's required modules, assignments and practicum period, as determined by Theor Academy. Third-party industry certifications referenced in our marketing materials (such as Google, Meta or LinkedIn certifications) are awarded directly by those respective platforms upon your successful completion of their own certification requirements, and are not guaranteed by Theor Academy.
8. Intellectual Property
All curriculum materials, recordings, templates and resources provided as part of the Programme remain the intellectual property of Theor Academy and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use in connection with your own practice. You may not resell, redistribute or publicly republish Programme materials without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Programme is educational in nature. Theor Academy does not guarantee specific business outcomes, patient volumes, revenue, or rankings resulting from participation in the Programme. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Theor Academy's liability in connection with the Programme is limited to the fees paid by you for the relevant cohort.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Programme or applicable law. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued participation in the Programme after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
